Starting September 17, 2013, Joe has chickens ready for your freezer. Grown on his farm in Salvisa, KY, raised on pasture and fed only non-GMO grain. Local, clean chicken that has a fantastic flavor. The frozen chickens are ready for pick up at the farm, or a local delivery may be arranged. They are priced at $3.50 a pound, and most weigh between 3 and 4 pounds.
